Real Estate Database

Hi Guys,
I've never done php programmin in my entire life hehe but as part of a uni project I need to create a database for a real estate company.

I need to create something that will allow users to do a search via price and number of bedrooms...which will search the database and come up with the results

then i need to create an interface which allows agents to upload images of properties and descriptions into the database

anyone know of any sites or places where i can get some help??
