I am trying to develop a form that will allow me to pull up a mysql database record and update it. I have reviewed several examples on how to set the forms up but, I have been unable to get them to work. The best that I have been able to do is change a field and when I press update the script deleted all information in the database under that field. Does anyone have any suggestions. Thanks in advance for all your help.
