WOW! maybe its not new for you all though, I have posted myself and found other posts about ugly pics after resizeing and likewise.. but i found
imagecreatetruecolor ()
use it instead of
imagecreate()
!!!!
requires GD 2.0.1 or later but it works wonderfull!!
