I am creating a custom catalog system for a client, which allows the administrator to add new products to the catralog.
As well as inputting information such as product codes, descriptions etc, i have the feature of being able to upload images (GIF/JPG).
The catalog images the company have provided me with are VERY high quality, as they have been taken by a professional photographer.
The client has asked for a search feature, with a thumbnail picture next to each search result.
With the image ficle sizes being so big, i ideally need a way that uploads the origional file, and dynamically creates a thumbnail image.
Anyone have any idea how?
