Hello, I'm just getting started in my quest for php develpment,

so I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get a moron's (yes like the dummy's only type guides) for installation/set up of php4 / mysql 3.23 / and phpmyadmin

also how these programs all work together. I've downloaded them and tried to get it to work - I am using an apache server..server is up but I can't get the php4 working (as in I don't know how to get it to save in the local host/nor do I know how to build my data base in the local host

if anyone has any help would be greatly appreciated.

I got started with a good beginners book called "PHP fast&easy web development" by Julie Meloni. It has sections on how to set up apache, php and mysql.
