How to get this SAPI with PHP?
I use Apache server and PHP 4.3 on windows ME.😕

Read the install.txt that came with php, hopefully you used the zip file to install it and not the Windows installer. If you used the installer uninstall it and use the zip file, in the install file that comes with the zip you will find the answer you seek.
