PHP javascript array

Hi there,

i am struggling with some coding for a php javascript array loop.
The idea is to create a dynamic triple linked combo box. This is populated from two different javascript arrays. however the php loop coding for the array itself is kinda tricky... any ideas appreciated on how to make the two different arrays using php. here is the javasript code that i am trying to populate using php/mysql. It has example data in the arrays at the moment.
