execute php in htaccess

Hello
I have a question about php and htaccess.
I found a script called SmartRedirector.

is it possible to include this file in a htaccess file so that I can redirect surfers from certain countries ?

I do not want to past some php code into all of my pages, that would take to much time.

Any thoughts about this subject would be much appreciated ?
