hi, i was asked to "explore the possibilities" of having a live chat application for online help inside the office network, anyone knows what´s the best option here?
is there any (free) software i could use? or is there a way to program one in php?
the ports for icq, msn messenger and similar programs are blocked, so they´re not an option...
