my sql dbase hosted not on my computer

my sql dbase are not hosted on my local computer. it is hosted in forexample, it hosted on yahoo.com.....

pls. help me how to connect my dbase..😕

just ask the web hosting company what's your login info on the DB software. Did you try your login on that site(hosting company).

what if i got the login info from web hosting company and i entered all the necessary inputs. but there's an error on Host/Server Name(or IP) and it display the address of the Internet Server Provider not the ip address that i mention.😕
the Error is:
[MySQL][ODBC 3.51 Driver]Access denied for user: user@... (Using Password : Yes)

Ask your hosting company for the hostname of the mysql server. Then enter the name that they give you.

i've already get the database connection information on my web host company, but still there's an error on Host/Server Name(or IP) and it display the address of the Internet Server Provider not the ip address that i mention.

I noticed with my localhost connection on my own computer that some software didn't like me to capitalize some letters in my username. Make sure you have the EXACT username (capitalization, spelling etc.) and see if that works.

uhuh. i've tried that. i enter the inputs exactly as it is. but there's still an error.

and also my isp company is different to the web hosting company. that's why my friends told me that the existence of the error because of isp is different to the web hosting company.
