Trying to figure out how I would do this:
I've got a database of cars with all the information that goes with a car. A car of course has options. One car could have 3 options while another has 20. When I display the options I want a small graphic called bullet.gif to sit on the left side of each option, each option on a new line.
What would be the best way to organize this in a database? I know I would probably create a new table seperate from the main one and link them via the stock number which is unique.
In the table, would I have one field for all the options seperated by a comma or something and break them apart somehow when I extract and display them or would I have one field for each option and display them this way? If we go with one field for all options, how would you tell PHP to break up each option? Hope this makes sense.
