Does anyone have a good sample or something they use as a maintenance and/or development agreement when it comes to web sites/programming?
Main issues are:
- how long will you maintain the app for them? Whether you host it or they host it.
how many hours a month or year and at what cost, if any? what limitations on maintenance?
who owns the source code? Very critical when it comes to php/mysql type apps, not just static web pages/graphics.
if you host the source code, that's one thing, but what if you turn it over to them for hosting on their own server?
Just a few issues I wonder if any of you have dealt with or cover in a contract.
Any examples or insight would be very helpful. Thank you!
