free homepages script

I'm looking for a script that is pure php/mysql that will allow me to run a free multipage homepage hosting service similar to geocities... --- I found 1 -- but it's hybrid php and perl AND it's in german

I've found a few that do single page, but they are crude - yet may serve as a framework for this...

if anyone has such a script in english, let me know...

if not, I'm looking for developers to build one that we can release
I'm looking for it to be modular so i can add features for users like contact forms, banners, etc, I feel this would be a useful tool for all the php webmasters with community sites. The end product would be a commercial release and will split all proceeds 50/50

So you want someone to create the script and then you will let them have half the proceeds from the sale when they are doing all the work? Gee, where do I sign up and does this come with lube?
