I don't know why but on my Win2K + IIS there isn't HTTP_REFERER variable in the phpinfo(), so I can't use it in my scripts.
Can anyone tell me how to enable again the variable ?

If you didn't click on a link to get to your phpinfo script there won't be a referrer.
