Score, Profile Database for Disc Golfers

I am trying to design a discgolf scoring database similar to the one at discgolf.com. I have tried to get the code right and it is not working for me - would anyone be able to help me out? I have no $$$ to pay so this would be strictly a VOLUNTARY THING!!

Well, I usually don't say these things, but you should take the initiative and post your code and an overview, or start working on chunks at a time on the forum. If you can't post code, at least post concepts so people can have some type of idea.

Here is what I am looking to do:

Users will be set up through me not online - The users will sign in and be directed to a site where they can see what their user Profile says. They will have the option to Add a Score, Edit a Score, Edit their profile, access web mail, or just log out. Each page will have to access info from the database or put info to the database.
