PHPTriad and Sendmail for Windows

I am running both of these and can use sendmail from the command line but cannot seem to get it to run from one of my php scripts any ideas is it a path issue ?

Am I able to get php to run something from the command line ?

In your php.ini, try putting the full path for the mail command...

Do you mean in mail function put sendmail path to c:\sendmail like below ?

SMTP = 192.168.1.2
sendmail_from = [e-mail]
sendmail_path = c:\sendmail

I also have two lines I have tried to use below they don't do anything at all the second doesn't budge from the actioned form
