Installing PHP on WinXP with IIS

Hi'ya Guys,

Right I'm fed up with the Microsoft Bull-Poo and want to move over to PHP from ASP.

My PC is running XP Pro with IIS,
I have downloaded the install shield prog and insatlled PHP,

tryed to run a php script "phpinfo();" and whoo it worked...

But if I try and get anything back from a form field it won't let me?
It's just plain blank.

Should I have downloaded the Zip version of PHP?
If so what do I do after I have unzipped the thing?

After you've unzipped it read the install file, and yes using the zip is better because the windows installer version lacks quite a few extensions and it's harder to change. As for your problem try using the $POST[] and $GET[] arrays to access your form data.
