ok, if it's a cobalt RaQ3i.
(Which it sound like)
php will be installed, but you'll have to some modifying of the httpd.conf file to get it working correctly.
especially if you use the extention .php, .php3 is default on the RaQ3i.
you could just rename all your files to .php3 (The RaQ3 only has php 3.0.16)
Stronly reccomend urading to at least 4.06 if possible.
