configuration directive

Using the latest PHPmyadmin version it returns me this alert:

The $cfg['PmaAbsoluteUri'] directive MUST be set in your configuration file!

Can anyone explain me where do i set this directive? Is it in php.ini? or my.ini? and how do i set the directive???????

You'll find this in the config.inc.php file in the top level of your phpmyadmin folder.
It's around line 39 and there is some info about it just above the line you need to change:
