PEAR in PHP4.3 Win32 not works !?

I try to run my scripts in the PHP4.3 running on Apache and it didn't works.

I needed copy the olders files of PEAR from PHP 4.1.1 to it works.

The PHP4.3 requires the folder c:\php4\pear in php4ts.dll to PEAR(despite it don't have PEAR)

I can change the folder? PHP4.3 do not have PEAR?
