warning message about header info

Hi, i am REALLY messed up somewhere... I have a vBulletin forum and what i'm trying to do is tie all of the other pages of my website (www.digital-tutors.com) to the login info of vBulletin... in other words, users have to register / login before they can view my site, not just the forum...

where i got so far is... i can display the login info if the user isn't logged in, but then the page comes up with this warning:

Warning: Cannot add header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home2/mmdclab/mmdclab-www/forums/v_blur_tool4.php:3) in /home2/mmdclab/mmdclab-www/forums/admin/functions.php on line 1573

what the heck is that? i'll be honest, i'm not exactly a php guru, just starting out, and this error is friving me absolutely nuts!

you are useing header function in your script and in order to use header function you must use it before displaing any data at all even space.

you cannot output anything to the browser (even whitespace) before calling the header() function.

ok, i think i got it fixed... by the way, do any of you use VBulletin? The warning problem is now gone, but i'm still having a hard time getting my site pages to work with vbulletin scripts for authentication...
