forms timing out after only 5 minutes

Hello all,

The form I've been working on with your help is running beautifully, so of course it was time to run into another problem.

If the person is composing his answers to this fairly long form as he's going along, several are reporting that the "submit" button is no longer active (they're using Microsoft Explorer). Some have left it idle as long as 8 hours and I understand how it would time out, but some are going dead after only 5 or 10 minutes.

Any suggestions or theories? (as always, small words please)

At a wild guess, I take it this is a multipage form, and you're using sessions or something equivalent to maintain stuff from one page to the next?
