I want to know one technique. That is i want to transfer data from my mobile set. well for more description -- say i got a sms from my friend and i want to transfer that sms from my mobile to my web server. So Is it possible and if it is possible hwta will be the technique? And if some one ahve srcipt regarding this please send me. That will big kindness of him/her.

If you are receiving SMS from a cell phone as an e-mail, then you should create an e-mail address just to receive SMS messages. Then run an pop3 script to check for messages on that e-mail matching "SMS: <message>" and post that on your website.

Well, how does the SMS come from the phone? It has to come thru an e-mail right?
So maybe you'd write a PHP script that checks e-mail for SMS messages.
I can tell you this is not going to be easy or a single script.
