which DB is better with php MySQL or INTERBASE

i only try to understand which DB is more better, i mean which DB is more stable and fast in work MySql or Interbase

i have noticed that in interbase i can normaly work with stored procedures, trigers, but in mysql i cannot find this things

maybe some knows more information for my question

as of the stable mysql release, it doesn't have triggers, stored procedure, transactions, etc...,but i believe version 4.2 with i think is in alpha testing, will provide those, i think, please correct me if i am wrong

now i am going to learn about it,

but you now why i always want to use interbase, because with interbase is very pleasant to work, because for interbase are normal helps, for interbase is maked program like IBexpert where are all needed function which help me in my work

but with mysql it is very hard, i cannot realy find normal mysql manageers, phpmyadmin it is not super program for using, i think, maybe others like this program but i not,

maybe on internet are normal mysql managers,

some days ago i have founded mysql front program, this program is similar to IBexpert, but in mysql front some needeed things dont work

it will be a big error if i for web pages developming choose interbase database ?
