PHP (+GTK) on IPAQ Pocket PC?

Has anyone managed to get PHP (and more interestingly GTK_PHP) to run on an IPAQ (arm) under Pocket PC?

I see people has managed to do so under *nix versions of the OS for Ipaq, but sofar I have been unable to find anything that would run under Pocket PC.

(Reason I ask is that a client was wondering if I could build php applications ON the ipaq.. don't ask why.. without doing major alterations to the ipaq.)

btw.. I got apache running allready.

I would also be very interested in this. I'd like to be able to work on my scripts on my pocket pc.
