APX Installation error

Hello,
I try to install PHP and when I think I'll succeed it sends me this lovely message...

apxs : Error: Command failed with rc=8323072

Please someone have a tip for me before I break down into intelectual death ;-)

did you read the replies in your other post, this seems to be somewhat as the same problem

I'm a beginner in Linux ( in english too ) maybe it's a so little thing that I forget...
