Keystroke logging / Sendkeys

I am trying to find someone to create an app (specs at Csaba.org/RFQ - project 3) for me that involves logging keystrokes, and eventually replaying. This is not to be spyware, as most keystroke loggers seem to be, but something that I want to use for macro generation.

My question is: what is the recommendation for what keyboard logger to go with, and is there a free one for Win2K? Simtel evidently has one for Win 95 and Win 98, but not for Win2K. I'm particularly interested in logging the actions relating to IE, including the alt key combinations.

Similarly on the Sendkeys side. Is there something more powerful than what you can do with the standard Sendkeys in Windows Script Host?

Duh! I'm posting here because I couldn't find satisfaction after an hour of google. If you have actually found a site that addresses my concern, I'd love to hear about it. Otherwise, should I suppose that yours is a generic suggestion given to everyone that doesn't state that they already searched?

No I'm stating that you should use google instead of posting this request on a PHP board. What you are looking for has nothing to do with PHP so most of the people here probably aren't going to respond or care. Try looking on a vb site also as most of the things written for windows to do this are written in vb.
