What does this error mean?

This is what my error log reads every time I try to run a script I've written. The logic is correct, but I am sure that there is faulty coding somewhere in the script. If anyone could translate this error for me, I don't doubt it would steer me in the right direction. Thanks a lot.

The four digit number in that error message isn't always the same, I don't know if that means anything or not.

sounds like you have a extition php doesnt like, try commenting out all your extitions from your php.ini file

also make a script with only

<?
phpinfo();
?>

and see if it still does it
