Session warning

Hi,

I created a login script, which creates cookie when login was succesful.

When loading the page I am getting this message

Warning: Unknown(): Your script possibly relies on a session side-effect which existed until PHP 4.2.3. Please be advised that the session extension does not consider global variables as a source of data, unless register_globals is enabled. You can disable this functionality and this warning by setting session.bug_compat_42 or session.bug_compat_warn to off, respectively. in Unknown on line 0

==> When I check php.ini file these settings are there:
register_globals = Off
session.bug_compat_42 = 0
session.bug_compat_warn = 0

but still I get this warning, how should I resolve this ?

You could set register globals to ON in your php.ini file but this is now seen as a security risk. Please see the details here
