PHP 4.3.0 on IIS 6.0 on Windows .NET RC2

I have downloaded the PHP 4.3.0 exe installer and installed it. However when I create phpinfo.php / phpinfo.phtml and save it to the correct folder I just get The page cannot be found, Any ideas why this could be? .html and .htm and .asp etc are fine... Just says The page cannot be found for .php/.phtml ???
