PHP Self

Ok here is what is going on:
I am using Apache 1.3.27 with PHP 4.20 in Windows XP <Yeah I know its lame> Anyway everything is working except when I use PHP_SELF, it never recieves the information from the forms. Has anyone ever delt with this? I am 99.9% sure its not my syntax, its got to be somekind of software issue.

if register_globals is off, then you'll have to use $_SERVER['PHP_SELF'] instead of just $PHP_SELF...

If register_globals is off then you need to use the $GET and $POST arrays to access the form data.
