If this is a MySQL db, and if you access to the mySQL files, you can FTP the directory containing the files.
Your database 'insertyournamehere' will be found in mysql/data/insertyournamehere
Just replace the whole directory. Make sure your versions are the same.
I can't access those files, so I have to upload through myphpadmin one table at a time.
