LDAP and finding libsasl.dll

Sorry, posted this in "windows" but think it may be more relevant here...

I'm trying to enable LDAP support for my PHP installation, and I can't find the libsasl.dll file that I'm supposed to copy. My PHP Manual says "must copy libsasl.dll from the DLL folder of the PHPO/Win32 binary package to the system32 folder etcetc", but I cant find it, even though I downloaded the whole lot.

Is it just a matter of someone emailing me the dll (Please ) or do I have to compile php with the --with-ldap[=DIR] to get it to work at all?

I even went as far as downloading the complete windows binaries - still can't find the file. Anyone know where i can get it?
