fopen error, please help! URGENT!

Hey guys, I am getting an error, and I don't know why. I have quoted whats on line 271. Please help!!

maybe the directory $ch does not exist, fopen will not create a dir structure for you..

Hi there, just had a look at your directory structure, and under your "/search/" directory, there is no directory called "2", which your url is looking for. Check to make sure it actually exists, and that the permissions are correct for apache to be able to read the file.
