Schedule PHP script on a web server

I'm building a website covering my company's PC selling activities. I'm using Windows, PHP and mySQL. I ran into a problem which I can't solve.I planned to use a small script which could AUTOMATICALLY send e-mail with prices to subscribers once a week. My problem is that I don't know how to schedule a PHP script on a web server. If anyone could help me, I would kindly appreciate some help.

If you are running linux you could use crontab that can execute a php with the php binary every minute, hour, weekly and so on (http://www.nerc-online.com/support/www/crontab.html).
