Right now, I have a date field in my new table, and when i submit news, the date is filled with now(), however that lacks in accurancy as it totally mess up if i submit more than one news items per day. Using time field also mess up the order.

Whats the best to use for this?

You date field should be a timestamp, and now() will work to fill it properly, and ORDER BY will work properly when getting your information back out.
