Hi
I've got a form that generates dynamically a number of attachments that a user wishes to add to an email. Once uploaded, these attachments are successfully placed into the email to a recipient(s). However, when the attachment is clicked on to be opened, the following message is displayed -
The document name or path is not valid. Try these suggestions.
check the file permissions for the document or drive.
use the File Open Dialog box to locate the documents.
(C:\WINDOWS......\file.doc)
The file opens no problem if it has a .txt but if it is a.doc or an image then it does not open even though the document appears to have downloaded ok. Can anybody point me to a solution as i've been pulling my hair out for a few days and am now almost as bald as 'Weedpacket'!
Why won't a Word Document open without this message being displayed? Having the ability to send Word Documents surely is a necessary function for most applications who want to send bulk mail to their clients.
