Session help plzzzzzzzzzzz

all i need is a session variable

i have a website in two langue
en=english and fr= french

i cant make this work

for now i have a lib.php include in all page and in this php file i have this

session_start();
$g_langue="en";
session_register('g_langue');

now i just want a button to switch this value

but i have trie several ways but nothing succesfull

try this

session_start(); 

ob_start();

session_register('g_langue'); 

if($button == "en")
$_SESSION['g_langue'] = "en";
else
$_SESSION['g_langue'] = "fr";

ob_end_flush();

ok i forget to write something

when i push the button i call switchlangue.php

but i have a header("location: $url");
and with this the ob_start and flush dosent work
