handle ~30,000-100,000 users. With PHP & MySQL back-end.
Preferably free, if not, at least somewhat affordable. Can PHPMyNewsletter handle that many users? Please advise 🙂
Have you ever made a script that has prev/next in it. You'll need that.
Now you can make one i dont think itd b very hard at all to tell you the truth.
