Opening more than one page per link (with frames)

Is it possible to have one link open two pages in several frames?
I mean something like when users click any link on my site to open the page, some code either directly in the page or included, opens up a second page in another frame as well?

I've been thinking about it, but cant really think of anything that might work..

I don't think PHP can help you with that. A JavaScript approach is what you are really looking for

Yea, I was afraid of that, I have no idea how to do JS, or where to learn it..
