do you really want us to search for your thread? posting a link at least might have been a good idea.
When you receive an error message you don't understand, it is often helpful to do a search for parts of the error message, e.g. "Cannot add header". You are not the first one to come across this error, it has been answered again and again:
no output, not even a space must occur before a header (cookies are part of the header information as well) is sent.
