Pgp - Ssl

Hi All,

Quick question. I am using a HTML form to submit credit card details, where they will then be emailed using PGP encryption. My question is, do I need to have SSL installed in my server?

No,

You don't need SSL to send PGP I think.
Saying that, I am not sure how you incorporate PGP in PHP :rolleyes:

However, from a security point of view, I think SSL would be advisable as most people are more trusting when they see the little padlock at the bottom of the screen.

I too would recommend using SSL, rather than PGP....
