I have created a php with a mail function before I re-install my o.s.(win XP pro), and it worked.

the php version: 4.2.3 win32

But after installed the win xp, the php can't work, did I forget some settings on php or smtp?

on mail.php line9:

mail("[e-mail]", $subject, $content,"From: [e-mail]\nReply-To: [e-mail]");

in php.ini:

[mail function]
; For Win32 only.
SMTP = localhost ; for Win32 only

; For Win32 only.
sendmail_from = [e-mail] ; for Win32 only

in my IIS smtp:
ip address: I choose the current ip address

the result of php:
Failed to Receive in d:\testing\mail.php on line 9
