Mysql - Displaying certain records

I have my information in my database and now I would like to display only certain rows.

I have a column named category where either accounting or business is entered in it. I would like to know how to only get the accounting records to show, without the business. I've tried LIMIT and a wide array of different things, but it hasn't working. So I ask for your help. Thank you and have a nice day!

SELECT FROM table_name WHERE category = 'business'
or if you want the accounting
SELECT FROM table_name WHERE category = 'accounting'
