What's the syntax to combine the $_POST variables into one variable called $body?

$body = $POST['name'] $POST['phone'] $POST['email'] $POST['referer'] $_POST['comments'];

Concatenate:

$body = $_POST['name'].$_POST['phone'].$_POST['email'].$_POST['referer'].$_POST['comments'];

or with spaces or stuff:
$body = $_POST['name']." ".$_POST['phone'];

You can also implode it.

$body = implode(',',$_POST);
