Anyone know of a scripts that can do this?

I am looking for a PHP Link Index script. I have found a bunch, but havent found one that has all of the features that I need. It needs to have the following:

• At least 10 categories (no sub cats required)
• Links stored in MySQL database
• Users can rate links
• Users can review links
• When a cat is clicked, the next page will show only the title of the link (and rating). When it is clicked, they will be taken to another page with all of the information such as description and reviews.
• Option for users to add links and admin must be able to validate them (this isnt really needed, but I would like it)

This script wont be used for any links, it will be used on my site to display all of the games I have.

Or you could hire someone from here to do a custom script.
