Correct page loads, but it's empty!

I am setting up dynamic pages in GoLive. All works well in preview mode (with online mysql database), calling up item for sale. When I upload the pages and try the links, the correct page loads (title etc.) but it is blank (message below is Internet Zone) but no error messages-just white space.

Syntax checks out okay. I have two of these dynamic pages which do exactly the same thing.
Server side code at page starts with:

<?php require_once("config/include/utils.runtime6.php") ?>
<?php require_once("config/include/mysql.runtime6.php") ?>

Any ideas out there?
