SELECT * FROM table ORDER BY score DESC, lastname LIMIT 10
is it possible to change the above query so that it returns either a max of 10 rows if the individual scores permit -AND- have it not cut off any results if i have more than 10 rows with the same score?
for example, here are the un-limited results (row numbers added for convenience)
