Max File Size

Hi i have a little problem i want people to be able to upload mp3s to my site but i want it so they can only upload a file 8MB or less.

OK that part is easy but im stuck on doing that with 5 uploades at a time and if i try to upload 2 or more files and the total size is over 8MB it will not upload i was thinking about making the .INI file to say 40MB and adding the hidden form field MAX_FILE_SIZE (or whatever it is) to 8MB but will this do the same as the .ini file or will this give me 8MB per file ??

one thing. What happens if the person is uploading 5 files all 8mb

PHP will close
The person will be waiting for a very long time.
I think one file at a time if there gonna be anymore than 1mb in size.
