Can someone explain the

$HTTP_GET_VARS["blahblah"]  

//and
$HTTP_POST_VARS["blahblah"]

to me? How are they more secure and how do you use them(where do you put them), like <form action=?>? If someone could explain this and how to use it, I would really appreciate it!. Thanks in advanced!
